Google(s goog) defied expectations earlier today when it announced Android 4.4, otherwise known as KitKat. Yes, the Nestle kind. In fact, you might have been so busy digesting this news that you didn’t even notice Google may have leaked the Nexus 5 in its own promotional video — I know I sure didn’t. But a commenter in the Verge Forums noted that, in a promotional video for KitKat, an employee can be spotted holding an unknown Nexus phone.
The video, which shows a group of Google employees photographing the unveiling of the KitKat statue, has since been taken off of YouTube and marked private by Google. But the Verge has obtained a copy of the video, which you can see below.
